About Us
About Us
Our Group has a very active programme and follows the many scout activities such as camps, pioneering, widegames, archery, hill walking and rock climbing, backwoodsmanship, bushcraft, bivouacs, challenge events, swimming, soccer, first aid, map reading etc etc. We also do sea scouting so include kayaking, pulling, sailing, canoeing, raft building, coracle making, knotting, regattas and galas in our calendar.
We reach far and wide; Kenya, Iceland, America, Canada and Europe are all places we have visited in the last 10 years covering a range of projects and jamborees
Our Scout Group is a school group and entry is limited to members of Bournemouth School, their siblings and members of Bournemouth School for Girls. For details of how to join please email our leadership team using the link on the left.
